A SEVRES LOUIS PHILIPPE CHOCOLATE / COFFEE POT CHERUBS CHATEAU TUILERIES 1846 A Sevres porcelain Louis Philippe service chocolate / coffee pot, measuring 6�" tall, decorated with the Louis Philippe monogram and crest with cherubs on a typical Sevres celeste bleu border.Also vine leaf design in gilt and gilding to handle and spout. Sevres mark to underside. The only damage I can see is that the lug on the underside of the pot lid appears to be nibbled. Some wear to the gilt on the exposed ridges on the handle and tip of lid finial. Some very minor wear to other gilding. Also the very tip of the spout feels a little rough to the touch. Colours still bright and fresh. Otherwise in extremely good condition for its age. 21412
