This is a very nice, green, Sheaffer Imperial I Touchdown fountain pen. Although it has seen some use, there are chalk marks to the barrel 'MEDIU...'. I think cap ring, clip and clutch ring are gold plated, although unmarked, and the nib is gold though again unmarked. This is a good example with very little surface marking even though it dates from the 1960's. Full working order, and no wearing off of the gold to the cap ring, clutch ring or clip. Low start, no reserve. Thanks for your time.
