Very Rare Shergold Meteor Vintage GuitarSerial No. 1158 This model, handmade in London, was only manufactured between 1978 and 1980.The guitar is in 100% original condition with all electrics in perfect working order.There are some small cosmetic dings (as one would expect with a guitar of this age!) and the usual slight discolouration to the wood body. This was due to the type of wood Shergold used in the manufacture, but can easily be polished back in. There is also some slight discolouration to the edge of the neck in places. None of this affects the guitars playability in any way whatsoever. The neck is 100% true and the low action makes playing this guitar a dream. The range of tones available from the single pickup is a tribute to their engineering.These guitars are extremely rare and highly collectable. Any questions - please feel free to ask.
