Sherwood S3MX Tube FM Stereo Multiplex Adapter. This unit was removed from a working system. All controls, lamps, etc. work as they should. With that stated this unit is around fifty years old. After a half century some of the out of tolerance capacitors, tubes, etc. have to be replaced due to age for another fifty years of reliability and dependability. This is an original unit with the original Sherwood branded tubes. As far as cosmetics, some pitting and nicks around the gold bezel, also slight surface oxidation on the copper chassis. This is one of the nicest original units of this type I have ever come across. Although this unit is working as stated it is offered for restoration and sold "as is."
