FREE SHIPPING! This auction is for 2 beautiful glass buttons made by artisans in the region of Bohemia, Czech Republic. They are pressed from vintage molds and then ground, painted, and painstakingly detailed by hand. The paint is permanent high-temperature fired enamel.**PLEASE NOTE that this auction is for two buttons.**These buttons have a wonderful 3-D quality and luminescence. They feature a great design that makes them appear to be small pieces of stained glass. Each measures approx. 34mm (1 1/3") wide and has a 4-way metal box shank. They are reverse painted under clear glass in a shimmering lavender metallic AB (aurora borealis) painted 'mirror back' . There are high shine gold metallic accents and a black wash on the front.They make wonderful embellishments to clothes, knits, hats, crafts, and can even be used in jewelry making!!We specialize in limited edition Czech buttons.
