Attention Serious Shirley Temple Doll Collectors! Tuesday, white shoes added to the bid. Her story! This Shirley Temple doll, appropriately marked on back of head with the Ideal logo and size, was given to my sister in the late 1950's. For her age, this doll is in remarkable collector quality! First, her skin color is uniform throughout the doll. T are no ink stains, no pink nail polish, no stains on her body or blemishes. This is important for collectors! The last photo shows a slight mark on the back of her leg which is even hard to see! Secondly, her hair was professionally restyled by me a beautician so that t are almost 56 curls, like the real Shirley. T are no missing plugs and t are pins in her hair helping to keep it in place. Her hair is a darker blonde. The dress is original to the doll but has not tag. NOt sure why that is! It is factory made. White shoes are plastic AND THE WHITE SOCKS ARE NEW! Black shoes shown in photo are listed separately. I added new panties and a new can can slip! Shirley's eyes are a perfect brown and open and close like they should! All the joints work correctly...don't need to be restrung......Her eyes open and close appropriately. The color on the doll's face is excellent as you see in the photo!
