Officially licensed 11"x14" sepia toned photo signed perfectly in blue by ralph Branca and Bobby Thomson. In 1951, the crosstown rival Brooklyn Dodgers faced the N.Y. Giants for the National League pennant. Thomson's late game homer off Branca was dubbed "the Shot Heard 'Round the World" and gave the Giants the pennant. This classic shot shows a dejected Branca walking of the mound as Thomson is mobbed by his teammates.This photo is JSA authenticated and comes with a numbered JSA sticker #W21871
