is a sharp copy of DC comics' SHOWCASE #74 from 1968. This excellent comics features a great Howie Post cover and art with the first appearance and origin of Anthro in a full length adventure "Could It Be You?". Great Silver Age DC- you can't go wrong with one. SHOWCASE #74 is in solid VF+ condition. Great cover gloss, no clipped coupons, no writing, clean interior pages, nice tight spine with just traces of stress, cover and centerfold are firmly attached with clean staples. T is a small, neat arrival stamp in the middle edge of the front cover. Not much wrong - You have a very structurally solid, glossy comic with great eye appeal. All ads, stories, cartoons and features are complete. See my LARGE scans of both covers to see how it looks!! This is such a great copy of a DC title! This is a minor key in the DC universe with first appearance and origin story of Anthro which went on for a short lived run. Too bad though I really dug into those Anthro adventures. Forget Marvel's relevancy, give me a Silver Age DC comic anyday - don't pass this one up!!!!Fantastic stories and art!! As I stated, DC war comics are the best. If you want this comic- bid on it. Vintage comics are one of life's great simple pleasures- you deserve it. Be sure to check out my other offerings for a batch of excellent offerings, a Showcase #48 with Cave Carson read more
