The CLASSIC. This is the one. The Shure 520 Green Bullet with the black label controlled reluctance element from 1953! Cosmetically, please be aware that the shell has some scratches on one side, which I have shown in the pictures. NOT a perfect 10 paint-wise, but still very nice. Tone-wise, it is a 12. This is a Chuck Gurney special, from Fat Bottom Mics. It has been totally re-wired , fitted with a new Switchcraft single contact connector , new gasket from Jeff at Harp Mic Gaskets. The element has been cleaned, armature aligned, and treated with polymer to inhibit corrosion, has new leads . It is ready to rock trouble-free for years to come. All the joints are done with silver solder and shrink wrapped. These and other special touches are what make Chuck's mics the very best. Top quality pro build. The shell of this mic has some paint loss, but is otherwise in great shape. Please read more
