It was published by Faber and Faber Limited, of London , in MCMXLVII and is the 1947 FIRST EDITION (stated). The contents include numerous poems under the following main headings: · The Old Huntsman and Other Poems · War Poems: 1915-1917 · Lyrical Poems: 1908-1916 · Counter-Attack and Other Poems · Picture-Show · Satirical Poems · The Heart’s Journey · The Road to Ruin · Vigils · Rhymed Ruminations The book measures 8.25 inches x 5.5 inches and has 269 pages, which are hand-cut to the side rims (some un-cut). The book is in very good condition for its age, neat and clean, with a previous owner’s signature at the front, foxing near the covers, and no other ink or pencil markings in the book.
