Hello,I'm selling an original low back tan leather Siesta Westnofa chair. This chair was designed by Ingmar Relling in 1965 and produced in Norway by Westnofa Mbelfabrikk, widely recognised as a classic of modern Scandinavian design. The leather is in very good condition for its age with no rips, marks or tears and is offered in very good vintage condition with some minor wear commensurate with age. Please see my photos.The rosewood base is in very good vintage condition, with some marks/wear that are commensurate with age but there are no major dents, scratches or marks. The hammock style floating seating has become a design classic and is incredibly comfortable. The Siesta chair first received a Design Award in 1965 and has since been bought and exhibited by many important museums worldwide.
