Sigma 30mm f/2.8 EX DN lens for micro 4/3 FormatThis is the single focal length Sigma 30mm f/2.8 EX lens for all micro four thirds cameras. It is almost like new because I only used it a few times. I bought it for portraits but instead migrated to a Fuji camera system. The Sigma has the 35mm equivalent of a 60mm lens. The optical quality is excellent. I compared it with a Leica 35mm Summicron (4th design, pre-aspherical), and the Leica was sharper in the center at f/2.8. But by f/5.6, the Sigma and Leica were essentially the same. The Sigma has a flatter field, so it is better at the edges for flat subjects, like architecture. The lesson is these modern lenses specifically designed for digital imaging systems are amazingly good.Auction includes: Lens, original Sigma front and back caps, original box, instruction papers, and padded case, all as supplied by the manufacturer.Please look at the photographs carefully. As far as I can tell, the lens is in perfect condition. Please ignore the lint on the photographs.NOTE: This lens is for Micro 4/3 cameras, not the older regular 4/3 format.
