INSURANCE REQUIRED NO EXCEPTIONS we have a 1983 Cadillac presidential limousine. It is in 1:24 scale and made of diecast metal with plastic parts. This was made by signature and repackaged by Fairfield Mint. It includes presidential flags and a plastic base which measures 14 x 6. I am in the process of liquidating part of my 40-year collection of old toy cars and fine collector cars.
