This is a Beautiful Antique Watercolour by Listed Victorian Artist Thomas Greenhalgh (1848-1906) It is an Original piece of work signed in the bottom left hand corner by the artist Framed and Ready to HangThe Ornate Gilt Frame has a very very slight flaking in one corner which is hardly noticeable although I have tried to show it in Image 6 Thomas Greenhalgh was a Lancashire artist in oil and watercolour, who exhibited from circa 1880-1897. He was born in Rochdale and lived in Southport for most of his life.He exhibited his paintings across the United Kingdom and has a number of them in the National Collection.
