These comics are in good gently read condition. I don't dare guess the grade. Stored in bags. Signed inside the back cover. I personally witnessed both signatures when I met George Perez at the Motor City comic convention in 1993 or 1994 (the exact year I don't remember). I asked him what it was like to work with Peter David (I am a long time fan of his writing), and he just laughed. Not sure why... lol.
