Up for auction is this Tom Clark Gnome "M.D.". This gnome is hand signed by Tom Clark, this gnome was released in 1993 and retired in 2000, he is Item #5169, Edition #56, he measures 6 1/2 inches tall and his base measures 3 1/4 inches wide. This gnome is in wonderful condition with no chips and cracks! He comes with his story card. The story of "M.D.": M.D. is a member of my Professions series. The stethoscope around his neck is new, but the doctor's bag was a gift when he graduated medical school. He wears a traditional red, pointed Gnome hat but added a mirror to shed light on what ails you. There's a lump of sugar at hand because a spoonful of sugar helps the medicine go down. M.D.'s coins honor Charlotte's two largest hospitals: Presbyterian Hospital and Charlotte Medical Center. I gave M.D. a lifesaver, because that's what doctors can be.
