Check out my other items ! Luang Phor Koon was born on Thursday, 4th October BE 2466 and raised in an influential family, in the province of Nakon Raatchasima. His grandfather was a reputable person, knowledgeable of Wicca magic. Luang Phor Koon was ordained into monkhood at the age of 21 years old at Wat Thanon Hatyai. He had studied Dhamma, Sammadhi and Wicca from Luang Phor Daeng. Luang Phor Koon was very diligent and keen in learning that LP Daeng brought him to meet Luang Phor Kong who was the abbot of Wat Hatyai. . Luang Phor Koon became a disciple of Luang Por Kong who was a forest monk, whom he was to accompany on long journeys in the jungles and forests. Luang Phor Kong taught Luang Phor Koon wicca magic, dhamma and the technique of piercing and inserting takrut into a person's body. After training under Luang Phor Kong for a period of time, Luang Phor Koon went to Tudong alone. He went as far as Laos and Cambodia, and stayed in the deep forests. After 10 long years, Luang Phor Koon returned to Thailand, and resides at Wat Banrai. Those days, Wat Banrai was in poor conditions. Luang Phor Koon was determined to rebuild the temple. He approached the abbot of the temple at that time, and asked him for his help. The abbot told him that the temple did not have much fund and asked LP Koon how much money he needed to re-built the temple. LP Koon replied that he needed 3 to 4 millions bahts. Luang Phor Koon then decided to go seek help from the villagers and lay disciples to rally and gather funds. Many generous people came forward to help and finally rebuilt Wat Banrai.Luang Phor Koon gradually gained popularity and many devotees came forward to help Luang Phor Koon in building the temples and schools. Luang Phor Koon’s fame reached new heights in year 1993, when a woman was pulled alive from the rubble of a collapsed hotel holding onto an amulet of his image on it. Many believe that he has magical power, especially in attracting wealth. His amulets is very well known to the thai people for "Ruay, Ruay, Ruay" which means money, money money. There are many stories of the devotees of Luang Phor Koon won lottery through his blessing. His fame and amulets were popular in Thailand and spread through overseas. Every year, devotees from overseas came to visit Wat Banrai to receive his prayers. He seldom rejected anyone who came forward to receive prayers from him.His takruts are very popular and known to protect evade accidents (Klaew Klaad), and enhance popularity with people (Metta). Luang Phor Koon is also famous for many of his Phra Pidta and Phra Kring amulets. Luang Phor Khun was ordained as a monk at the age of 21 years old at Wat Thanon HakYai on 5th May BE2487. Pra Kru Wijahn Dtigit was the preceptor. Pra Kru Atigahn Torng Suk was his dhamma teacher. His monk's name is Pisuttoh.Luang Phor Khun stayed in Wat Thanon HakYai to study dhamma, in addition Luang Phor Khun also learned under Luang Daeng Wat Nong Poh. He learned dhamma, sammahdti and Wichah (magic) from Luang Phor Daeng. Luang Por Khun was very diligent when studied under Luang Phor Daeng. Seeing that Luang Phor Khun was so keen in learning, Luang Phor Daeng brought Luang Phor Khun to meet Luang Phor Kong who was the abbot of Wat HatYai.
