This is not an antique. Its a silverplate candleabra with a 8" dish that is designed to hold an overflowing floral arrangement for a table centerpiece. The candleabra is 34" high and 19" across at it's widest point. It has 4 spots for candles to stick out through the flower arrangement. The bottom has some felt on it. I have used it for sample centerpieces. I will pack it securely in a great box with bubble wrap and it will ship UPS Ground. It's a great piece, but I am downsizing and something had to go.
