This is new in the box, box has vreasings and the celophan is broken, bristles are soft,smooth ,very nice shaving brush. measures 3 1/4",the handle had a sticker on it and it got loose and t is little markings of the glue on the end bottom. rest is perfect, never has been used,as you can see in the picture it had the care instructions in the box but now I can't find the little piece of paper so if I find it I'll include it in the box (I don't know w did it go :( )
