This 1950 issue Skyline Industries K-20 architectural model of a private house is in mint original condition in the original box. I recently sold a 1950 Skyline catalog which showed this model and other Skyline tin and plastic O Gauge size items. All skyline items in this catalog were designed for Lionel and Marx O Gauge 1/48 scale toy train layouts as well as American Flyer S Gauge layouts. Beginning in the 1930s Skyline made wood and cardboard model building kits with their primary market being model and toy train children and adults. Skyline model buildings kits were used on the Lionel New York City display layout but I do not think the later metal and plastic structures were used on factory manufactured or the NY display showroom layouts. Buyers outside of the United States will pay actual shipping cost plus $3 for packing and handling, but U.S. buyers will pay a fixed fee of $4.00 for packing, handling and shipping by U.S. First Class Mail.
