The seller isoffering a very rare original Kodachrome slide of the Bahamas-flag cruise ship REGENT RAINBOW as shown while in San Francisco Bay waters in September 1995. Built in 1958 as the US-owned Grace Line liner SANTA ROSA, she became DIAMOND ISLAND in 1990 before being sold in 1992 to Regency Cruises who renamed her REGENT RAINBOW as depicted on the present slide. She was sold out of the Fleet in 1996. This remarkablesharp sunny view was taken from dockside with a 35mm SLR camera using a high quality 135mm telephoto lens. I can attest that this slide is devoid of marks, scratches and blemishes as well as to its high quality, much better than this low resolution scan.
