Slingerland Radio King Snare Drum 5.5X14 All original except the snare wires and heads. I was not able to pin down the exact year this drum was made because the Slingerland book is not very detailed about exact dates for the Cloud badge drums. This drum has all of the Radio King features in addition to the Cloud badge, it has the Streamline lug the nickel over brass hoops (these hoops are not engraved) snare guards, the famous 3 point throw off with embossed lever, two felt tone control. The shell is wrapped in the original White Marine Pearl in excellent condition. The three ply maple poplar and mahogany shell with maple reinforcement hoops is also in excellent condition. The only flaw I noticed is at one spot on top of the top, single flange hoop there are a few dents from rim shots. Otherwise tis is a great looking drum and if it had the original wires it would be a 9.5 out of 10.Also, all of the tension rods and washers are original.
