YOU ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING AT A SMALL VERY ANTIQUE WATERCOLOR ON PAPER DEPICTING A CLIPPER SHIP ON SEA. IT IS UNSIGNED. AT THE BACK OF THE MOUNTING IS WRITTEN: A CLIPPER SHIP BY THOMAS MORAN. AND AT THE BACK OF THE FRAME: "18TH CENTURY ENGLISH". TWO SPECIALISTS HAVE SO FAR CONFIRMED THAT IT IS AN ACTUAL WATERCOLOR BY THE ARTIST, BUT BECAUSE IT WAS NOT AUTHENTICATED, WE ARE UNSURE. NOT KNOWING, WE HAVE TO KEEP A RESERVE PRICE. THE ITEM IS 16.5" HIGH X 12.5" WIDE WITH THE FRAME, OUT OF THE FRAME, IT IS APPROX. 10.5" X 8". THANK YOU FOR LOOKING.
