Up for bid and with no reserve is a perfect specimen of the rare mineral species neptunite and joaquinite. There are plenty of neptunite crystals, up to 1.5cm long. Nicely displayed on a natrolite/crossite matrix. There are also small clusters of minute joaquinite crystals. Joaquinites with perfect crystal forms and with a nice amber color. Overall measurements of the specimen are 9.0 x 5.0 x 1.5cm thick.
