This is an original small cuckoo clock. The front is one piece of molded brown plastic; in relief on the front, directly under the XII is "LUX, U.S.A.". Stamped into the metal back is "LUX CLOCK MFG. CO., INC., WATERBURY, CONN. U.S.A., PATENTS PENDING.". The front is 7-3/4" tall x 5-5/8" wide. The metal cover over the works is 2-3/4" x 3-1/4' x 1-1/2". The weights and chains are decorative. T is NO KEY with this cuckoo clock. Whether this clock works will be for the new owner to determine. The color on the picture of the back is way toooo bright; the actual color is much like that in the picture of the front. Might you have a small place on your wall for this cuckoo clock??
