Rare c. 1970 Vintage Super-G Ghia Typewriter
No reserve and a low opening bid. Enjoy!
This sleek portable Smith Corona typewriter was designed by Ghia, aka Karmann Ghia of race car fame,
and made in England. It is a beautiful design, mocha in color, with a sporty double racing stripe on top. Instead of feet, you'll find black rubber stripes on the bottom that are reminiscent of tires.
The cover neatly pops off via two buttons and easily snaps back on. Very sturdy, nothing brittle about it. As seen in the photo, it can be placed horizontally on a table, carried vertically or stood on end. No worries about dropping the machine -- The retractable handle is attached to the typewriter base, not the cover. Inside is a fully functional Smith Corona typewriter with a script-style font, plus the very rare original manual .This beautiful retro typewriter is in working condition with normal scratches on the exterior. No cracks, dents or chips. Includes a black ribbon. New ones are still sold elsew online.
Buyer pays shipping and insurance. Item will be shipped within two days of receipt of payment.
