Up for bids is a wonderful old Bible dictionary. It is a Smiths Bible dictionary and has on the cover "Pronouncing Bible Dictionary" The book is dated 1894. It is over 700 pages and includes not only an illistrated dictionary of Bible terms, places and people but a chronological table as well. Also within is an illistrated listing of ancient coins and gems refferenced in the bible itself. Finally there is an entire section detailing the history of each book of the Bible and an index. The book is in fair-poor condition. The covers are attached as are all the pages except for a few. There is some old water damage to the book, but I could not find any pages stuck together. The book is not in pieces and can be easily flipped through and read. Also inside the book was a small folded map of Palestine in the time of Jesus and on the back a map of locations in the book of Acts. Buyer will get this as well. I have been recently given a large collection of books and maps that I will be listing over time, so I am happy to combine shipping. This book weighs about 3lbs. so I will ship it as cost effective as possible. Thanks for looking and good luck.
