The Original Snow Village "Palos Verdes" was created in 1989 for Dept. 56 and retired in 1990. The item no. is 5141-4. The house is in excellent condition - see photos - and comes in the original sleeve, which shows some wear - see photos. It comes with the wiring harness (cord) and the Original Snow Village tag.
