This auction is for a vintage Hamilton Beach No.18 malt or milkshake mixer. These were used in the old sodafountains or diners. The mixer measures 18" high by 6" wide at the base. The base is made of porcelain-coatedcast iron. The base is a little dull and has some chips in the porcelain, near the feet. It is missing two rubber feet on the bottom. The motor housing is made of stainless steel. It runs great when plugged in, and is fairly quiet. There is a switch near the top which would turn it on when the cup is inserted. The switch seems to stick and probably needs cleaning. Also included are two stainless steel cups. They are marked "STAINLESS STEEL U.S.A." on the bottoms. They are in good condition with no dents, except some small ones on the bottoms. This would be great as a collectible display item, or you could even use it to make malts or milk shakes. We can ship this item internationally. Domestic shipping will be by Fedex ground, which will be little cheaper than what the ebay shipping calculator reports.Buyer pays actual shipping charges only (no charges for packaging or handling).
