Up for auction is an original, one of a kind, soft sculpture model horse. He is handmade from my original pattern using faux fur, glass eyes, ultrasuede hooves and hand wrapped thread mane and tail. Each and every thread in the mane and tail has been hand placed. No glue or paint is used on my models, they are 100% sewn. Stitches are approx. 1/16 th of an inch (16 stitches per inch), done by hand. He is constructed on a full bendable wire armature and is completely poseable. It takes about week for me to make one model, so t are a limited number made each year. I randomly hand cut the pinto pattern- so t will never be another one with this exact pinto pattern! His color is a deep seal brown with white pinto spots. Model has my artists hallmark of a sapphire star on the inside of his right thigh. He stands about 8" to the top of his back and Breyer traditional size tack will fit.
