SOG POWER PLIER MULTI-TOOL FOLDING KNIFE CLASSIC MODEL (Made in Edmonds, WA, USA 1998) with Nylon Sheath, Box and Papers I purchased this from a catalog store and believe it was U.S. Cavalry in the late 90's. I think this model was the first "Paratool" model SOG made and is the big brother to the Pocket Power Plier. This is the big boy SOG Power Plier and is in great condition. I think I paid about $60 for it back in '98. It's unique "Compund Leverage" system allows the knife to be opened by flicking it with one hand and gives more leverage from your own strength than with any Leatherman or other similar Multi-Tool knife. This SOG Power Plier comes complete with its nylon sheath and all original mint condition paperwork and box that I had saved. I've had the Power Plier in its nylon sheath in my glove box of my 1998 Volvo for the last ten years. I just sold my Volvo so it's time to sell the SOG! Power Plier Measurements: Both handles in a line equal 9" compared to the Pocket Power Plier w both handles in a line equal 8" I am not a knife collector and have tried to descibe the knife's condition to the best of my ability.
