This is a nice solid mid weight 5mm wide Figaro chain. It is stamped Italy and 925. Both the chain and clasp acid tests as solid .925. It has a rhodium plating on it so it will maintain the shine you see here. Rhodium is a very expensive plating, with Rhodium costing more per ounce that pure gold. Rhodium plating is applied to sterling to keep it from tarnishing. This piece is solid sterling silver and weighs in at about 30 grams. The total length is just a shade over 24 inches. This is a vintage piece so please look at the photos closely as they are part of the description. This is a gorgeous, shiny vintage solid sterling silver rhodium plated chain that can be worn and enjoyed for decades and will only appreciate in value.
