This is a 49 1/4" long solid brass outer tube for antique floor lamp.. this is the type that hugs the floor lamp size pipe... it has been spray painted black and the paint is chipped away and will need to be stripped...off.. it is a thin layer of spray paint..looks like steel wool will do the trick.... it does have some scratches, t is a 5" decorative fancy shaped brass piece in the middle, it has a set screw so it can be removed or you can slide it anyw on the tube.. nice old item... shipping is $8.50 anyw within lower 48 United States
