This is an auction for two mugs, called solo mugs, by Sophie Conran for Portmeirion. They are both in sage green and have been used but are in excellent condition, no cracks or chips. These came from an outlet originally and as such were slight seconds, however there is no obvious flaw that I can see, they may not be perfect but they look pretty spot on to me. The Sophie Conran for Portmeirion collection is the perfect collection for modern day living. Designed by Sophie Conran, this oven-to-tableware collection looks as good on the table as it is useful in the kitchen and has won the ELLE Decoration Award for Best in Kitchens. The Sophie Conran for Portmeirion Sage Solo Mugs are the perfect size for coffee machines. All items are sent 1st Class Royal Mail unless item is very large then it may go standard parcels and all will be posted ASAP - usually within 3 days of payment . Always check your local sorting office if parcels do not arrive. I always gain proof of postage in case item lost in post and it's up to the buyer to claim from the post office if it doesn’t arrive. ( I can send you the proof if in the UK and parcel hasn't arrived after 15 days of posting - but due to some unsavory false ebay claimers I cannot claim on bidders behalf any more - Making a false claim is ILLEGAL). If you require insurances e.g. recorded or special delivery, please email for quote. Sorry NO refunds, returns or exchange (this goes for if you buy the wrong size, doesn’t suit you etc – I cannot accept mistakes made by a buyer!) – remember this is an auction, not a shop! Be sure of the size, colour or anything that concerns you about the item before bidding as I cannot refund for questions unasked or unanswered! NEW INFORMATION FOR US/CANADIAN BIDDERS: I strongly advise purchasing insurance for your item, as I have recently encountered losses of my parcels recently tracked down to the US postal system. The proof of posting that I gain does not cover these losses, please email for quote for insurance. If you do not email for quote and go ahead paying I will assume you do not want insurance - this is at your own risk (I cannot recover any losses from the post office without insurance). It is £3.30 extra for 'signed for international' which covers you for up to £30 (you still have to pay the delivery costs detailed below as well). You can insure for up to £500 if you add a further £1.50 extra onto this (£1.50 + £3.30 + delivery cost). If you have a problem with an item, it is E-bay's policy, as well as mine, for both parties to contact each other BEFORE leaving a negative feedback.
