I found this beauty while I was sorting through the tubs of vintage jewelry I no longer am collecting. I have no idea when or where I got it from. I knew it was special because of the quality workmanship and finally looked it up. I have owned it for a least a decade and probably longer than that as I used to have a vintage jewelry booth in the late 90's.It has a hang-tag with SORRELLI on the links near the clasp and also is marked on the back with an oval soldered tag.The large stones are black as far as I can tell. They tend to take on a very, very dark blue image because they are next to small blue crystal, AB, and clear crystals. The AB crystal are on the outside of the pendant with the smaller clear crystal towards the inside. The 8 stones on the pendant as well as the 6 stones on the chain part, are unusual in shape. Not exactly a trapezoid. Every stone in this piece is prong-set. The back appears to be brass.The main pendant measures 2 inches and with the extra hanging oval pendant above it, measures 3 inches. The total chain (excluding the pendant part) measure approximately 20 inches. This piece can be 16 - 20 inches on the neck depending where you place the clasp.There are no dead stones or replaced stones. There are no scratches to the stones.My home is smoke free.
