It's hard to believe this rules and regulation book is 100 years old. It is in incredible condition. This is the revised edition dated August 1st 1907 it has a leather bound cover. The only marks are in the inside cover w it mentions "my brother" as the engineer, Jno A Mollen as the fireman and Geo R West, also Shasta Division is written on the inside. Bind is solid and the pages are not colored from age.
