Southern Railway Zebulon, Pike County, Georgia railroad Item Description For auction is a beautiful print of a pencil sketch of the former Southern Railway depot at Zebulon, Pike County, Georgia . Originally built in the late 1800s, it was abandoned by the railroad in 1977 and now has non-rail uses. The print is by then-Atlanta artist Ralph J. Mitchell and was drawn in 1980. It was signed by the artist in the early 1980s when I acquired it. The print measures appx 11 x 8 1/2 inches and is on high quality moderate weight stock. It is UNUSED and in excellent condition - no rips or tears, no spills or smears, no writing or markings. It has been stored for over 25 years and has never been framed. The shipping price includes mailing in a hard-side photo mailer to minimize the risk of postal damage.
