"SOUTHWESTERN" Stained Glass Window This handcrafted stained glass window consists of royal blue water glass, a deep rose English muffle, clear English muffle and glue chip glass, and lastly bevels in the corners and the center. It was done using lead came and solder, puttied, and then waxed to protect. Lastly, the window is then surrounded by a custom-made wooden frame. The royal blue glass has been difficult to get a true representation, but the picture with the darkened frame is most like the true color. This stained glass panel measures 16-3/4 inches wide by 18-1/4 inches long. It comes ready to hang with 2 feet of chain. Pictures rarely do justice in showing how sparkly and vivid the light plays the glass in a stained glass piece, but this looks absolutely beautiful in the light. The buyer of this window will be purchasing a "one of a kind" piece. My husband may repeat this pattern again, but he will never use the same colors or textures of glass, and this will come signed and numbered by him.
