This auction is for a 32 foot speed agility ladder with black nylon carry bag and free speed ladder drills dvd. This is the ugraded ladder that comes with the two attached cinch straps that keep your ladder tangle free and is used to attach multiple ladders. You choose the color red,blue,yellow, or white. This ladder can be connected together to be used as one long 32 foot ladder or used as two 16 foot ladders. You choose the color red, blue, yellow, or white. It can be used as a side by side ladder for doubles drills or long single line. The side rails are black polypro webbing. Super strong. Each 16 foot section has 10 high quality plastic rungs spaced approx.18 inches apart. That is a total of 20 rungs per 32 foot. The plastic rungs are flat (no ankle rollover). They are adjustable but will not move out of place during normal use It can be used on any surface indoors or outdoors. The ladder has rubber on the ends of the rungs which helps the ladder to not slide out of place. You can wear any sports shoes when training with this ladder, even cleats.
