I have a few of these & they are all pretty much the same condition. Some are used just briefly & still good working order. Some are new with damage packaging. The used ones are fastened back in packaging with instructions. They are all pretty much the same so please dont ask me to send the best condition one. All have been tested. Note: Your spitz will be in original packaging with instructions. P ackaging is ok but not new condition.
