WHAT A LOVELY ANTIQUE LATE VICTORIAN SILVER COFFEE POT. IT IS OF THE HIGHEST QUALITY. And of a very good weight and very special being so nice-i really like its pleasing shape and intricate decoration. A quite fabulous good sized late 19th century pot and by good makers too. Hallmarked handle is firm and secure.Here we have a quite exceptional and quite lovely silver coffee pot of very good gauge and weight.Hallmarks are deep and clear. Marked to base and lid.And handle too. It is a truly wonderful 19th century antique lot well worth owning. Its capacity is 2.25 pints comfortably!Dates to Sheffield,1894-year letter b.Makers are Atkin Brothers. The condition is excellent and all it needs is to be used. It is engraved with a monogram and always has been to one side. This piece is fabulous and is way too good to just melt. This is a lovely antique lot and a must have. A really delightful piece! The height is quite large at 9.5 inches and its diameter 8.75 inches. This lovely pot is of exceptional quality and is a most delightful piece of hefty table silver. Weight of actual silver is a very good 685 grams (22.03 troy ounces),this piece is made of very thick gauge silver throughout.
