Lovely Spode covered round casserole dish features a blue and white rendition of an Italian countryside scene inspired by Chinese porcelain. The blue and white lid has a traditional Imari Oriental floral design. The dish has two whie porcelain handles.This smaller size casserole dish is 6.75 inches in diameter and holds 4 cups (1 quart). It is part of Spode's Blue Italian Oven to Tableware line and is safe for the microwave, dishwasher and freezer. It is made in England.The piece is in beautiful, like-new condition with no scratches, chips, cracks, utensil marks.
