Spring Dress and Pinafore for Tonner Patsy 10" by Victoreeanna I made this little outfit from a pattern by House of Biscotti. Dress is made out of a cream cotton with little violets on it. OOAK as this is the last that I have of this fabric. Bodice is lined and dress opens all the way down the back for ease in dressing and closes with mother of pearl buttons and buttonholes. Machine decorative stitching on the hemline. Pinafore and panties are made out of a lavender gingham. Coordinates nicely I think. Comes with a taffeta bow for Patsy's hair. My little Patsy and her shoes and socks and dollies are NOT included in the auction. PLEASE NOTE: The fabrics and trim used in these items do not meet the safety standards of the CPSIA for children 12 and under. Items are being sold exclusively for teen and adult use.
