These chains attach to your spur buttons and then your spurs straps attach over the top of them. No need to drill holes in your spurs! They will hold your spurs down while your spur straps hold them on and up. Of course. . . one of the keys to wearing spurs right and comfortably is to have boots with a good spur shelf!!These are quality chrome chains with leather attachments that have grommets where the chains attach to the leathers for longer life.
