A consignment from a private collection. Owner stated that this 300 is also an original, but I contend that it is a re-release that is a darn good reproduction -- or updated restoration at best. REASONABLE RESERVE. Hell Gate Bridge for Standard Guage Lionel. Picture your state set rolling over this beauty -- or your Blue Comet set...this bridge is HUGE ! Use it for your Lionel O equipment too...like a Congressional train pulled by a Pennsylvania GG1 for example ( not included in this auction ) All tags on the end piers say BRIDGE #300 or made by Lionel Corporation New York. The oval tags on the arch read Lionel Lines. Other Lionel standard gage to be listed shortly. Condition -- very good to ( dare I say ) excellent overall -- Owner is NOT a T.C.A. member ( hi guys -- thanks for all the useful information ) but would have liked to have been.
