Stanley No. 4 1/2C Corrugated Bottom Heavy Smoothing Plane, Type 13 (1925-1928)- This plane has the one patent date behind the frog and no raised ring around the knob base.Condition-Japanning is is poor condition. Normal wear and tear on the body. -The iron cutter is stamped with the Stanley notched rectangle & SW heart. -The iron cutter has excellent length. -The top portion of the handle is broken and the knob has a crack stemming from the base. -Good user plane.Feel free to ask any questions and please look at my other listings for more vintage hand planes.
