Stanley No 112 Scraper Plane Tool Vintage Stanley No. 112 Scraper plane in excellent condition. Plane has almost full original black japanning, with very little wear on blade adjustment mechanism. Both rosewood handles are solid and beautiful, tote has exceptional two tone grain . Plane has 4 3/8" long blade which is very clean and has "STANLEY" logo, t are some letters on blade very hard to see as they look more like scratches, hardly noticable on picture . T is minimum signs of use on smooth bottom. The bottom and one side of the plane do have a area of discoloration but this plane does not have any rust or pitting .Plane was made between 1922-1944 as the coat of japanning is thicker than earlier models. This tool is finest example of Stanley plane production. Thank you for looking.
