This little plane Along with several other carpentry items was acquired from the estate of a retired school principal in deep south Texas. The plane is 5 3/4 inches long and 1 1/2 inches wide. The wood appears solid and the metal has no cracks or rust. The blade is 4 1/2 inches long and 1 3/16 inches wide. The only markings on this item is on the blade and it says, "Stanley Rule & Level Company, New Britian Conn. U.S.A." T is a very small casting flaw on the cap iron. See last picture. This little gem was well cared for by it former owner. Please ask questions before bidding. Being sold "as is." And see my other auctions for more Stanley stuff. Thanks for looking.
