Hello. This script is for the pilot episode (the first episode), ENCOUNTER AT FARPOINT, of the great show STAR TREK: THE NEXT GENERATION. It is a 113 page third revised final draft script dated May 22, 1987 . It has all the action, dialogue, and stage directions from the show as well as a Set List and a Cast List. The episode starred PATRICK STEWART, MARINA SIRTIS, MICHAEL DORN, BRENT SPINER, DENISE CROSBY, WIL WHEATON, LEVAR BURTON, GATES MACFADDEN, JOHN DE LANCIE and JONATHAN FRAKES. In this episode, Picard takes command of the new Enterprise and the crew embarks on their maiden voyage together, encountering the enigmatic Q along the way. Read how the characters were described before the actors were cast and how the world of the show was first envisioned on the page. This script is a great read for any fan of the show.
