Brand new and sealed in original box. Box has some denting and general wear and from handling thus the low price. You can see the top window is dented in. Also the rubber bands that hold some of the figures mounted to the packing have dried up and broke as 3 of the figures are loose inside. You will get the one shown. If these kinds of box flaws bothers you then don't purchase this. Regardless everything is perfect, new and sealed inside.
